Twice each year an Expert HVAC Technician will perform the following functions:

✓ REMOVE DUST / LINT BUILDUP ON RETURN AIR GRILL
✓ CHECK BLOWER MOTOR VOLTAGE
✓ CHECK BLOWER MOTOR AMPERAGE
✓ CHECK EVAPORATOR COIL*
✓ PERFORM VISUAL REFRIGERANT LEAK CHECK
✓ CHECK REFRIGERANT CHARGE FOR PROPER LEVELS
✓ CHECK TEMPERATURE DROP ACROSS COIL
✓ INSPECT DRAIN PAN FOR CLEANLINESS AND LEAKS

✓ CHECK AND TIGHTEN ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
✓ INSPECT FAN BLADE FOR CRACKS AND BALANCE
✓ INSPECT BLOWER WHEEL FOR CLEANLINESS*
✓ FLUSH PRIMARY DRAIN LINE
✓ CLEAN DEBRIS FROM CONDENSER UNIT
✓ CLEAN CONDENSER COIL
✓ CHECK CONTACTOR FOR BURNING / PITTING
✓ LUBE ALL MOTORS (IF APPLICABLE)
✓ INSPECT AND TEST RUN CAPACITORS
✓ CHECK SAFETY CONTROLS

✓ CHECK FAN MOTOR VOLTAGE
✓ CHECK FAN MOTOR AMPERAGE
✓ CHECK COMPRESSOR VOLTAGE/AMPERAGE
✓ CHECK FUSE / BREAKER SIZES ARE CORRECT
✓ CHECK HEAT EXCHANGER FOR CRACKS / CHECK HEAT ELEMENTS
✓ CHECK FOR GAS LEAK AT FITTINGS (GAS HEATER)

Preventative Maintenance Agreement

Cooling and heating checks are performed during regular working hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Coverage Period:

The Club Membership Agreement ends on December 31st of each year
The terms of this agreement shall be automatically renewed upon receipt of payment on or before December 31st each year
If payment for this agreement is not received on or before December 31st of each year, this agreement will automatically terminate.

It is understood that 棋牌电子游戏平台’s A/C and Heating Inc. will use care in performing the above service, but shall not be liable for failure of discovering condition necessitating repairs or replacements, nor shall any inspection be construed as an approval or guarantee of the condition of the equipment. In no event shall any claim for consequential damages be made by either party.
